after turning off "anonymous authentication" on iis, when i try to logon to the lansweeper, it wont let me,
just gives me this error
401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
can you advise on how to reset this?

For instructions on how to enable authentication on IIS, please refer to this KB article. Scroll down in the article in order to see the instructions for IIS 7.0 and higher.
After turning off anonymous authentication, you'll need to activate one of the other authentication methods, preferrably "Windows Authentication".

Theres an exe in the Lansweeper folder called "ResetWebUserRoles.exe" that you just need to execute to put back default rights.
Everything is written in the installation documentation of Lansweeper also.
