Hello All,

Heads up - we plan to migrate our Knowledge Base (digital library of helpful guides and articles) from Lansweeper’s website to our Community on 15th November.

This will enable users to directly view articles when they select ‘Knowledge Base’ from the drop-down menu options on our Knowledge Center (as shown below)


Federated search: Currently Community searches only return results from blogs and discussions in our forum. Once the KB is migrated, search results will also include Knowledge Base articles and helpful guides.

We hope this will make it easier for you to find the answers you need in a timely matter, by having our Community as your go-to platform for any technical support related subject.

PS This will not affect any articles you have bookmarked in the past, bookmarked links will automatically redirect you to the same article on the new platform.
