I followed the guide that is found in the support section but this didn't help. The connection test shows everything is fine. The scenario is lansweeper cannot read some of the PC's outside of the office. Each PC (dell 7010) has the same image on them so it is unclear what could be blocking it. Some other PCs outside the office can be seen where others cannot. They all have the latest Endpoint. What else could be the problem

I'm also having this same issue on several devices; what did you do to solve the issue? I've contacted lansweeper support but they have not gotten back to me yet.

You need to ensure that all WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) traffic between your Lansweeper server and client machines is allowed. If you continue to have problems, send the information we requested in our first post to support@lansweeper.com

Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
• Program Files (x86)/Lansweeper/Service/Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
• Screenshot of one problem machine’s Lansweeper webpage.
• Screenshot of a connection test performed to the problem machine using testconnection.exe: http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/TestConnection.exe
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server, check “alternate credentials”, submit the same credential used by Lansweeper to scan the machine and show us the entire test window.
