For some reason I can't see any IE version detected in Windows 7 (Pro & Ent), Windows 2008 and Windows 2012 machines.
All is OK with Windows XP and Windows 2003 ones...

I can't say everything else is correctly detected, but this one I've noticed now.

What else could I provide you to help you understand my issue and to help you helpping me?

Thanks.

Please refer to the following knowledge base article for more information on detecting Internet Explorer: http://lansweeper.com/kb/19/report-based-on-file-information.html
Lansweeper software scanning recreates Add/Remove Programs (Programs & Features) on the client machine. Internet Explorer is not always listed here, in which case it must be detected through custom file scanning.

OK, thank you all!

See the message thread here. Through version 8, MSIE could be found in Add/Remove Programs, where LANSweeper pulls its installed software list from. As of version 9, you have to go out of your way to look for the MSIE executable.
