Custom view problem (software) - Cloud version

Hello everyone 

I would like to know why my custom view isn't working, maybe some of you had the same issue.

To be specific, I've created SOFTWARE custom view with Name and Version ( 1.0 for example) and it works, but the same view with another version added (OR) shows summary (number) of assets but while pressing "assets" there are no details and message pops up: 

No results

Oops! Software not found

Can you please provide a screenshot of how you've set the filters for the view? This may help us troubleshoot this better.

With two conditions set we can see more results in report (39). After pressing "assets" blank page shows up with "No result Oops! Software not found"

We tried to set up a similar filter. It seems to work on our end. Also with a combined filter on 2 software versions. Maybe you can try using a different operand, like equals iso contains?
If the issue occurs consistently, and only for GUI for Windows, for example. We recommend contacting Lansweeper Support. They can look at this, and create an internal case if needed.
