Custom Widget to sharepoint page

We have some good stuff on a SharePoint KB and would love to add it to one of our dashboards. I tried to use iFrame and it gave me the old This content can’t be shown in a frame message. The site is internal and we use the AD for auth to SP and to LS so the authentication should be no big deal. If anyone has a step by step or something please let me know. I am not a developer so I have no idea how to use the iFrame thing.

Iframe should work, the problem is most likely related to your sharepoint settings or other network specific settings which prevent Iframe from showing the KB, I'd suggest you google the exact error you are getting to see if that provides a solution.
