Hi,

I can't seem to find a function within the Lansweeper helpdesk that will allow me to delete attachments from a ticket .

Please help.

Engaged Sweeper II
You need the 'Delete Attachments' permission in /configuration/HelpdeskUsers/ > User Roles.

Then, you get a little delete icon next to attachments.
