Can Lansweeper be used to push patches to different vendors. For example, if I have the following vendors:
1- Adobe
2- Mozilla Firefox
3- Google Chrome
4- Windows Patches
5- 7z
6- Winzip
7- Other vendors
Would it be possible for Lansweeper to push patches those products?

Yes, Lansweeper is capable of pushing patches, or any other software manipulation for that matter (installation, updating, etc.), to remote machines. This is done with our deployment module, which is available in all non-Standard editions of Lansweeper. More information on how to create deployment packages can be found in this section of our knowledge base.
Building packages is not something we can provide support or instructions for, as every package requires different steps. You'll first need to do research online to find the exact update procedure for a specific software and then add those update steps to a deployment package. There are some examples in our installer center you may find useful, like this example on installing Windows updates and this example on installing Firefox.
