Is it possible to have different types of tickets?

That is for customers to fill in their dashboard? Having choice of things like:

Application for new team-group
Ticket for support
Ticket for equipment

Why do I want this? Because in some cases I need to get certain information that users not always remember to tell us about.

Yes. Head to configuration and Ticket content. There you can add ticket types and also custom fields. You can also choose to make fields required.

silly me! Have been using it for my agents but did not realise that it is in the dashboard for the users. thanks.....
