I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but... is there a simple way to force Lansweeper to ask for credentials with NTLM authentication enabled when using Internet Explorer?
I ask because the accounts that have permission to access the web interface are not the same ones used to log into the user's machines. When using IE, users aren't given the option to put in credentials. Instead they are automatically greeted with an "Access Denied" screen.
Thanks!

I already have this feature disabled (and restarted IE) but I still do not get prompted for credentials. I have tested this on multiple machines.
