When a user responds to an automated e-mail, lansweeper adds this response to the ticket.
This is fantastic but it adds the entire content of the e-mail which gets messy very quickly.
Is it possible for Lansweeper to only add the response, so that signatures and the thread of the email is excluded? Perhaps a 'respond above' this line or similar?
This issue was resolved via email. A colleague of the original poster had run a database script to empty the field responsible for this functionality, it has been resolved by refilling it.
