Does anyone know of a way i can assign a ticket to an agent from email?

i.e. i receive an email with a job for our developer agent to my exchange account, forward it to Lansweeper and it logs it to our developer agent.

Is there a string i can put in the email to accomplish this?

I moved this question from the Actions section of the forum to here. Please post help desk related questions under Lansweeper Help Desk Questions. To answer your question: you can set up dispatching rules under Configuration\E-mail Settings to have emails that meet certain requirements (e.g. emails with a specific word in the title) assigned to a specific agent.

I am also interested in seeing if there is a way this can be done. Did you ever figure something out for this?
