Hello,

We changed our Lansweeper Server IP over a month ago. The helpdesk emails being generated have the "Go to ticket" link, but it links to the old IP. How can I update that?

My apologies. This link is indeed added when Include links to the web interface is enabled on the Configuration -> General Settings page. There is currently a display bug on the website (underneath the aforementioned option), which hides the Hostname textbox when Allow adding knowledgebase links is not selected. If this is disabled, you can temporarily enable it, adjust the Hostname to your current one, then disable it again.

It's nothing we added. It's in every email sent out from the HelpDesk. See below, added redactions for privacy. It's the "Go To Ticket" that is a link.

Hello,
Just wanted to say thank you to whoever fixed my Smartboard and monitor.
I left on Friday after school and Monday morning-What a GREAT surprise.
Thanks again; it is all working perfectly!

Currently we don't add a 'Go to' link by default. Might it be possible you've added this in an automated email reply (Configuration -> E-mail Settings -> Outgoing E-mail Templates)?
