This is an old bugbear from many, many sites - that the required number format for telephone numbers is not indicated in any way on the form. I had to try multiple versions of my telephone number before I got one that works. And it may not even be usable by LanSweeper systems to call me far, far away in New Zealand but I guess it may not matter if it is never used.
