I would like to offer the user a feedback function after the ticket is close; kind like i like the solution or im not happy with this solution,.. somethink like this

We don't have a built-in feature for this, you would have to implement it outside of Lansweeper somehow or send it manually.

Hello Marco,
You can enable mail templates to be sent to users. These can be enabled when tickets are updated, status changes, and when an agent replies on a ticket.
The outgoing templates can be configured under Configuration\Email templates.
