Engaged Sweeper
Unfortunatly we have a large amount of items that are NOT on the Domain. They are however conencted to the network and gain access behind our VPN devices. So was wondering what settings do I set to find all those items, as it appears all I'm finding are the domain items.

Thanks
Chip

In order to successfully scan network devices, you need to ensure that
  • the required ports are open between your scanning server and scanned devices. For details on which ports are used by Lansweeper, please refer to this KB article
  • on Windows computers further requirements should be met which are described in this article
  • under Configuration\Scanning credentials you have entered correct credentials and mapped these to the IP range, domain or hostnames you would like to scan

If there is no network connection available or the necessary ports can't be opened, we recommend that you use LsPush for scanning of Windows computers. This is a small executable which scans the computer and sends the result back to your Lansweeper server using direct server connection (port 9524/TCP by default), file share or mail. You can find details here. It is possible to configure a scheduled task for running LsPush.
