Firefox extention inactivated

The Firefox extension ist installed but not activated. How to activate the firefox extension?

FF extension was installed according to instructions in the manual. The behavior is unchanged.

Permissions for lansweeper helpdesk page and permission for other application are neccessary. Thanks, actions are working now, but the extension is still grey. Ist this normal?
