GetTicket API Not Returning Two Important Elements

The GetTicket API call does not return the following:

* Description

* Custom Parameters/Values

Are there any plans to implement this, or is there another API call I could make to get this information?

The GetTicket API call does not return these values. Unfortunately, there are currently no plans to implement this.
