Global E-mail signature non-unicode?

Hey,

I've noticed that Global E-mail signature in Configuration - HelpDesk E-mail Settings does not save cyrrilic symbols.

Output loos like this - wrote:
IT ??????? ???
???????: 01

I'd love to have a solution for this one.
