Engaged Sweeper

I've been trying to purchase a new license, to replace one that has expired, for two days and can't reach ANYONE.  Account rep doesn't reply to email and has no phone number in her email signature.  I call the main phone number for to reach the Sales Team, and I get a message stating, "No one is available to take your call."   

I'm in the middle of recovering from a ransomware attack and this is the last thing I need.
