Ok, thanks for clarification. Possibly AD groups haven't successfully been scanned. Active Directory groups need to be scanned separately.
- Under Configuration\Scanning methods, section Domain User Scanning, submit the ADSI path of the OU under which your AD groups can be found in Active Directory.
- Initiate a scan of that OU.
- After the scan finished, test again opening a user page.
