We use the helpdesk quite intensively.
A useful feature that I am missing is a simple way to navigate through the different helpdesk tickets.
Suppose I start from a (filtered) list of tickets.
When I am in a detail view of a ticket it would be useful to be able to navigate through the list via a previous - next button.
Now you have to close the ticket and open the next one from the list.
Or am I missing something?
