How are you tracking Server Physical Disks?

I'm tossing around the idea of utilizing the relational asset mapping to create a new asset type of Physical Disk to notate server physical disks.

Does anyone else use Lansweeper to keep track their servers' physical disks?

It is possible to do this, but you will need to make for each physical disk a manual asset and manually link it to the asset where its belongs to. You will not be able to make automatically an asset for it.
