We are using lansweeper as our inventory source, We are expecting API feature for managing assets from long time

We are checking for option to add/modify/delete hosts via sql, we are already aware of database documentation but i am a absolute noob in sql area. Could you please suggest us all the other options we have down the line to manage lansweeper assets programmatically, also would like to get example query details to perform CRUD options
