Import Assets with Documents

Our Division is migrating to a new instance of LanSweeper - on the same network.
The problem is we want to import the assets on the old instance AND include any DOCUMENTS that are attached to the assets.
How can we import the associated Documents?

Are you not backing up and restoring your database? There is a how to on moving your instance, which goes through backing up everything.

Well, I should have said we are "merging" with another instance. Our overall department has an instance and for some reason us (the division) has had our own.
