Installing MS KB with Deploy

I am attempting to mitigate some security issues on several remote machines by installing MS KB.
Is it possible to install these with the deployment tool in LanSweeper?

I believe there are also a few examples of deployment packages in the installer section.

If you can run it with a command line (silent) eg no user input then yes. But the machines have to be on the same network / vpn to be able to connect and deploy.
