I've installed the on prem trial for lansweeper on a windows 11 VM and I'm getting the error above when trying to link the local install to the cloud site. As far as I can tell there is full connectivity between the VM and website so no firewall should be blocking it. I didn't see anything related in the error in the logs. It seems like it's the right key since I just generated it and it fits the formatting of the code linking window. Anyone else have similar issues with linking their on prem install?
