Engaged Sweeper

Python 3.9.2 shows upp in app.lansweeper.com but not on prem lansweeper.
I am unable to find any remnants on the server either. i have rescanned and resynced the server.

We have this issue on a whole lot of servers. (I am also unable to open a support case, i get a blank page when trying to open a case)

How does lansweeper detect applications that's installed?

# /usr/share/python3/py3versions.py -i
python3.11
# apt list --installed | grep python | grep 3.9
# dpkg -l | grep python | grep 3.9
# apt list --installed | grep python3-all
libpython3-all-dev/stable,now 3.11.2-1+b1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
python3-all-dev/stable,now 3.11.2-1+b1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
python3-all/stable,now 3.11.2-1+b1 amd64 [installed,automatic]

Hello there!

Our tech support team should be able to assist you with this.  Please open a ticket in our support portal.

Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.

Using the GatherLogs tool.

Thank you for your response, i've been unable to open a case since the support portal open case link gave me a blank page. That seems to have been fixed now.

I got in touch with lansweeper support by email instead and hopefully we'll be able to get this solved.
