I have followed the instructions however when I scan my Intune I keep getting "No valid credntials found", I was able to scan Azure and my 365 environment without any issues.

It's probably best to contact our support team about this. All I can say is double check your credentials, but it could also be related to a bug in which case you can only verify it with a look at the errorlog or debug logs.
