Okay so I'm probably dreaming here but thats what wish lists are for right? I'd love to use LS as our one stop shop for all things IT, and I'm really looking forward to the help desk part, but I'd also like to keep track of our on hand inventory of *random stuff* and keep record as to where said *stuff* ended up.
For example, I have 14 flash drives on hand, and I have issued one to AD users:
1) Create a new asset type "stuff" (USB stick for example) 2) Add new assets of type "stuff" 3) Go to AD user, click edit 4) Go to Asset relations, choose "borrowed" and select the usb asset.
