Hello everyone, im having this rather odd issue. See image attached, when i hover over the green arrows, sync is up and last full inventory was a few seconds ago. when i open the tab and hover over the "?", you get whats on the image, sync server is both up currently and down but will be up in 4 hours (?).  I would chalk this up to a bug and not mind it but no scans are queueing. Why does it say available in 4 hours? that number never changes. is it a time sync issue with the cloud?  I'm new to the tool and would appreciate any and every insight.

Hey Jst:   Have you confirmed that the windows scan service is started/running on the server?  I'm not sure about the time zone thing - that's weird -  I'd suggest putting in a support ticket to get some assistance:  https://www.lansweeper.com/contact/contact-support/
