Hi,
we are using Lansweeper to manage assets for our company on different locations and have a lot of entries, from different locations. The problem is that some assets, although thoroughly scanned with network adapter and IP address, do not assign this IP address to the asset and therefore, the asset is not allocated to an IP location.
Am I missing something here?

The IP at the top of the asset's page should be used for the IP location, if it isn't it is best to just contact our support team.
