I'm scanning a range of IPs in the same subnet, and I know there are 15 devices in that range. They are all identical Crestron devices. I can ping each one, so I know they're all up. When Lansweeper scans the range it only finds 7 of them. There is NO exclusion setup anywhere to affect this. Any ideas what to look for next?

Hello @DavidHooie
Let's do a few troubleshooting and testing steps.
For the devices that are not coming into Lansweeper -- as you mentioned, pinging them is a great start, but be sure to ping them directly from the Lansweeper server. That way we know if Lansweeper can reach them.
Secondly, log into your Lansweeper server and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Actions. Open the file called "Devicetester.exe". Put in the proper credentials and information in this form and point it at a single Creston device (using the IP address field at the top). See what the results show. I'm hopeful that we'll see that something isn't enabled or maybe a specific port or protocol isn't able to reach that device.
Let's start there and see if Devicetester.exe provides a little insight into exactly what's causing these assets to not respond properly.
Keep us posted.
