Dear Lansweeper-Community,
I have a non-critical but annoying issue: network devices which were found using IP Range Scan and identified using SNMP (like Access Points, Routers, Switches) don't get an IP Location assignment (they show as 'Undefined'), even though the matching Ranges have been added to the Asset Groups configuration page.
Is this somehow by design or really a bug? 🙂
Cheers,
Thomas
Edit: ok it appears that sometimes it works, I can't really see a system when it worked and when not.

Same issue here. After "Edit" asset the IP Location was filled.
Edit: After edit all "IP Address Range locations" one at a time, the IP Location of assets was filled too.

I am having a similar issue. We recently changed IP subnets and none of the devices which have an IP address in the new subnet show up in the new IP location that was created. I checked for duplicate or overlapping IP ranges but everything looks fine to me.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that almost all of these devices seem to be wireless.
