Issues with intune syncing

We are trying to sync our Intune IOS devices to Lansweeper. This has been working and most devices are synced but we noticed today that about 10ish devices are not syncing to lansweeper. Can I get some help getting this fixed?

On our side, we have been having on going issues with the onprem scanning of intune and have a support ticket opened. If you have a Lansweeper Site, I suggest setting up the Discovery Action to scan intune as it seems to be more stable

When you are referring to a Lansweeper Site, do you mean a link cloud site ? Or is this on prem too ?

The Lansweeper Site is the Cloud platform
