Lansweeper deletes emails that are sent to the helpdesk inbox. Is there a way for lansweeper to grab these tickets but leave the email in the inbox?

This isn't possible due to the way the helpdesk works and keeps track of processed emails. All processed emails will be put in the archive folder (which should be created if it doesn't exist yet) you selected when configuring the email account in Lansweeper.
