Engaged Sweeper
Good afternoon

I have installed Lansweeper and I am able to access the web console from the host PC. I am unable to access the console from another PC on the domain. I have followed the instructions from the following link Accessing the web console but I have still had no joy!

I am new to this, so I will explain what I want...I have set up the helpdesk and I want users to access the console and log their tickets.

When http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:XXXX is typed into the address bar I receive the message "We can't reach this page".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know more info. will definitely be needed but my brain is fried at the moment. Just let me know what information is required and I will update.

Thanks is advance

As the Lansweeper web service runs on a specific port defined during the installation and not the default http-port (80), make sure your firewall allows traffic through this port. If this is not the case, it would prevent you from accessing the webpage from a computer other then the localhost.
