Hi at all,

In order to update Lansweeper from version 11.1.10.5 to version 12.5.2.3, I updated Lansweeper database from SQL 2014 to SQL 2022.  I can see the asset but not scanning credential and scanning target. The DB is installed in a separate server from Lansweeper server.

How Can I fix this issue?

Hi, in attached the screenshot of default scanning credentials. In the previous version I had more scanning credentials.

Any idea about the issue?

Sorry, so I must add all credentials manually? I can not import all credentials from old database to new database? 

What creds did you have?

I don't remember case when LS has lost creds.

Also we always have backup of the LS-server and can restore it.

Hi, 

I restore the old version of LS and old DB and now I can see scanning targets e scanning credentials. 

1. Create support case.

2. Try to update LS without MS SQL or MS SQL without LS.

*We use  Microsoft SQL Server 2019
