I have installed the content pack developed by Palo Alto Networks and configured and connected the API integration within the Cortex XSIAM tenant.

The connection tests ok and I can run a command line query that confirms the site id is recognized.

None of the ls-ip-hunt commands are working.  I am getting this error:

Authentication error. Please provide valid 'Application Identity Code'.

Most documentation I see is tailored to Cortex XSOAR and not XSIAM.  Could that be the reason for the error?

Hi RV,

The out-of-the-box commands can be accomplished on XSIAM as well, such as searches for IP/MAC addresses. Therefore, there is most likely an issue with the identity code provided. Either it was incorrectly inputted upon configuration of the integration, or the application is not authorized to pull information from your site. More information on this can be found here: Combining Lansweeper & Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR - Lansweeper and Authenticate with Lansweeper API | Documentation – Lansweeper.
