I hate asking stupid questions... but I have looked everywhere for the answer and I can't find it...

When I run many of the actions from the Web Console, I get a File not found! error.

My tools are stored in \\servername\lansweeper$

I installed 3.5 and upgraded to 4.0 this morning.
The tools have never worked for me.

Any ideas what I might have done wrong?

Oh OK, that makes sense.
I've added teh {actionpath} parameter to every action.

Works great now!

BTW, I have never used a product that's so fast at scanning my network! I set it to scan AD and I had 125 PC's scanned in less than an hour.

Change the action to \\SERVERNAME\lansweeper$\screengrab.exe {computer}
(if screengrab is in this folder)

So each command doesn't inherit the action path?

javascript:runApp('screengrab.exe%20R1PC_53','true');

File not found!

For example...

Which is the command for the action that gives a "file not found"?

My action path is also \\SERVERNAME\lansweeper$
Is that what you mean?

Open the configuration tool/configuration/computer actions/
Make sure that the action is pointing to the correct path and the file is in that path.
