At our organization, we want to start using the Lansweeper Help Desk. However, many of our users will not utilize the help desk if they have to log in, no matter how simple it is.
Is there a way for users to navigate to the Lansweeper help desk web page and not need to log in to use the help desk to log cases? Is that a configurable settings?
