Lansweeper relies on WMI to get this information.

You can try a bios update and checking if the serial number is set correctly in the bios.

This value is scanned from WMI class win32_computersystemproduct.

The class gets this information from the Bios.

You can run this command manually on the remote computer to check the output:

wmic path win32_computersystemproduct get IdentifyingNumber
