With COVID-19 delays, I completely forgot about Microsoft pulling support for "Basic Authentication for Exchange Online". This is how we get incoming email for our helpdesk section in Lansweeper. Which has been absolutely great.
Could someone at Lansweeper please tell us if Lansweeper helpdesk will support Oauth 2.0/modern authentication? Otherwise I have to switch to a different helpdesk product

If anyone else was wondering. I email Lansweeper support and they quickly responded:
"We're currently implementing modern authentication as basic authentication will indeed be deprecated soon. The feature will be available in the coming months, though we can't provide an exact release date. "
