Hello,
We recently started connecting our Lansweeper Classic to the Cloud and wanted to try out the OT feature. During the check of the prerequisites for the OT link with the Cloud, the last check "Cloud sync endpoint access" failed and mentioned :
"Could not reach the Lansweeper Cloud sync endpoint. This check verifies whether the Discovery Hub can connect to the Lansweeper Cloud sync endpoint with gRPC."
Lansweeper is up to date, as well as the application for the OT (it has just been installed) and everything runs on the same server. The link with the Cloud for Lansweeper is also working properly and the prerequisites have been validated. Is there any way of accessing the logs for this prerequisite check to find out more? Or could there be a configuration problem?

Hello,
Small update, we successfully solve the issue by adding the proxy IP, port to the proxy configuration in the application settings. Thanks for your help !

Hello there!

Additionally, multiple of our customers have reported that when you have configured a proxy, you need to enable direct internet access (proxy bypass), or else the last check will indeed fail.
