When using the Lansweeper Remote control shortcut, I get several error messages. It starts with "Access Denied", then I see "Cannot connect to the remote WMI", then "remote WMI is not accessible" and then "WMI cannot read remote registry". I can click "OK" through all these messages and it does finally connect me to the remote computer, but this is annoying. I don't think it's the remote computer, since others in the IT department can connect just fine. It seems to only be from my computer. And it happens with every computer I try to connect to. I've tried googling these errors and there's some stuff from MS, but I wanted to check and see if anyone else was seeing this issue. We're using Lansweeper v 7.1.50.1
Has anyone seen anything like this?
