I want to create a global signature beneath the ticket response send by lansweeper
I create a signature in the email settings section
In this signature I create a hyperlink to https://helpdesk.compaxo.local/helpdesk/Ticket.aspx?tid=[ticketid]
This is checked in de source of the signature
The new send mails contains the signature with hyperlink, however de destination of the hyperlink is changed in https://helpdesk.compaxo.local/helpdesk/Ticket.aspx?<TicketNumber>
So the text "tid=" is desseaperd in the URL.
Anybody an idea how to solve this?
