Engaged Sweeper II
Every night Lansweeper scans my LP 2824 Plus and every morning a configuration label prints out. Does any one know why? How can I stop doing that?

Lansweeper scans any device submitted for scanning under Scanning\Scanning Targets. A list of ports queried can be found in this knowledge base article. If your device is printing labels after a scan, we assume it is somehow configured to do so after certain ports are queried.

For information on preventing automatic label printing, I recommend consulting your device documentation. If you would like to prevent Lansweeper from scanning your device altogether, you can either:
  • Adjust your scanning targets under Scanning\Scanning Targets, so the device is not part of any targets.
  • Specifically exclude the device from scanning. Info on setting up exclusions can be found in this knowledge base article.
