Engaged Sweeper III

Hello,

I am planning the deployement of Lansweeper with one main server and around 30 remote scanning servers.

In some specific scenarios, I will have to use lspush on devices located on remote locations hosting one of the remote scanning servers.

It is unclear to me in How to scan Windows computers with the LsPush scanning agent, if lspush should absolutely contact the main server or if it may contact the local scanning server.

I want to avoid opening a new port for lspush between remote locations and the location hosting the main server (allowing the SQL port already takes weeks )

Thanks in advance for your explanation.

Regards,

Sylvie

As long as LsPush is able to send information to one of the scanning servers then it will be processed and put in the database.
