My org uses LS Classic and sometimes takes advantage of Mass Edit. We'd like to sort by State (Active/non-active). Sorting the list by "non" reveals only non-active assets. However, when sorting by "Active" both states appear in the list. Is there a way to sort that column by Active assets only?

Hey @PapaTuck, you can sort any column by clicking on the column name. Clicking on State will list the column alphabetically or reverse alphabetically.

The column search function works by searching the string in the column field. It does not matter if is the first word or the last word, or if the string is in the middle of a word. In your case, filtering by "non" will show only "Non Active" assets, but filtering by "active" will show "Non Active" and "Active" assets
