Monitor Scanning

Now that monitor scanning is a thing, it would be great if we could limit which systems have their monitors scanned. Having it as an all or nothing puts us way over our license limit which I guess is the idea so we have to buy more asset licenses.

Indeed, if extended monitor scanning is enabled, monitors will count towards your licensed assets and could push you over the license limit. You can switch monitor scanning off, though. Monitors will still be scanned, but with less detailed information. 
At the moment, it is all or nothing. We will create an internal feature request to think about an option to select for which targets/systems you want to scan extended monitor data.
